Shipping - Frozen Rodents

We ship your frozen mice and frozen rats via UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  Please take a look at the shipping coverage map to determine your average shipping days to receipt.

Continental US shipments with transit times of 3, 4 or 5 days will ship on Mondays only. 

Continental US shipments with transit times of 1 or 2 days will ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. 

All orders placed by 8am CST Monday and Tuesday will ship the same day based on transit zone.  1-2 day orders received after Tuesday at 8am CST will ship the following Monday. 

If a US Holiday falls during the week you order, we will not be able to ship your product until the following available shipment week.

Please ensure you provide the correct address and email for all orders.  If you provide the incorrect address, we will not refund or reship your order.

Your frozen rodents are packaged in custom insulated boxes and are packed with dry ice to ensure the items stay frozen during transit.
