Shipping - Frozen Rodents

We ship your frozen rodents via UPS on Mondays only.  Please take a look at the shipping coverage map to determine your estimated shipping days to receipt.

All orders placed by 5am CST Monday will ship the same day based on transit zone.   

If a US Holiday falls during the week of your scheduled shipment, we will not be able to ship your product until the following available shipment week.

Please ensure you provide the correct address and email for all orders.  If you provide the incorrect address, we will not refund or reship your order.

Your frozen rodents are packaged in custom insulated boxes and are packed with dry ice to ensure the items stay frozen during transit.
